1. Digital Products

All products sold on Savora Recipe are digital products, including downloadable recipe guides and other digital recipe content.

No physical products are shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, your digital product is made available for access and/or download.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or stored immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital product has been made available to you.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Exceptions

Although all sales are generally final, we may review certain exceptional situations, including:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
You were charged but did not receive access to your purchased product, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
A verified technical error prevents you from accessing your purchase and cannot be reasonably corrected.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
